  While I haven't actually bought a home through Royal LePage Trident Real Estate (KAP), I’ve met with Dina and the team on several occasions and I was always surprised at how much time they gave me whenever I dropped by. I always have questions about buying and had asked for some advice about relocating to Kapuskasing.

  I also very much appreciate the no-pressure approach that they take. Most agents I've encountered don't want to give you the time of day if they know you're not ready to buy a house NOW.

  Dina is patient and incredibly knowledgeable regarding the various homes and buildings in the area, and in providing huge value in helping me navigate the various decision points to find the perfect place. She knows everything there is to know about each and every building and isn’t afraid to tell you which would be a good, or bad investment.
